Once There Was a Snowman

There was a little bit of snow waiting for us in Colorado when we got back from Seattle. Gwen was excited to build a snowman with her friend Kaitlyn.


I was a little bit perplexed by the bottom rock. I tried to convince Gwen that it didn't need to be there, but her mind was made up. I'm glad it was in the backyard.

When the snowman was almost melted, it snowed again!

And brrrr, it was cold! So cold that there was ice on the windows in the house. That probably means my windows are bad. Very bad.

I love how the snow builds up on the windowsills when the wind blows.

Colorado is gorgeous in the winter!
