Rick started his position in Denver at the end of June. Fortunately, his first week coincided with a trip my dad was taking. That left my mom free to come up and stay with us! She stayed 3 nights and it was nothing short of awesome. I know I've said my mom is the bomb before, but I'll say it again. She's the bomb. I'll probably say it again in the near future.
Anyway, we played with the girls, prepped the house for putting it on the market, and watched chick-flicks at night. Sarah was even able to come up one evening for a girl's night with us.
I didn't take many pictures because we were too busy having fun. But, here is Fiona feeding Emmy. She loves feeding her!
My mom and I also put this cute tree up in Gwen's room. Isn't it darling? Thank goodness for vinyl!
Ok, here's a weird story...Rick was in Denver on his birthday. Sad, huh? Anyway, on his birthday my mom and I happended to get Thai food for dinner and enjoyed some Phad Thai. Later on, Sarah came over and I made smores in the oven for dessert.

Later that night, I talked to Rick on the phone and asked him what he did for his birthday dinner. His team to took him to a restaurant and he had Phad Thai for dinner. Guess what he ordered for dessert. Smores. What?!? Weird, I know. We are definitely MFEO.
